..My honorable brother who is asking about the demonstrations of Bahrain

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon my grandfather Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him and his righteous family and the all the follower Muslims to the Truth till judgement day..

My honorable brother who is asking about the demonstrations of Bahrain, if the demonstrations are peaceful, legally it is not allowed for the governor to suppress it, surely they have the right to announce their legitimate demands, but the problem that the demonstration other people take advantage of it so they would change it to a vandalizing demonstrations of and mischief in the land for looting and theft. For that it is necessary for the security of the governments to accompany the protesters to keep security only and not for terminating them unjustly; to the fact repressing the companions of the peaceful demonstrations is forbidden, also an oppression and concealment of the freedom to the speak the True word to declare their legitimate demands.

Also we are with the peaceful demonstrations and against the demonstrations of rioting and bloodshed of the Muslims neither from the governor nor from the governed, so keep your duty to Allah and know the great offence of shedding blood of the Muslims unjustly, and it is easier with Allah that the world to be gone with its kingdom rather than killing a Muslim unless for justice (as a murder).

Has preceded our fatwa to those who kill the Muslims that it is the only evil-deed which is not by the like of it neither by ten folds, nor by a million nor by a billion like it; in fact the evil-deed of killing of killing a person, unless for justice (if he committed manslaughter) in the decisive book of Allah the grand Quran: {..whoever kills a person, unless it be for manslaughter or for mischief in the land, it is as though he had killed all the people.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mã´edah] 5:32. Surely this means that killing a person without just cause it is by the number of Adam’s offspring -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him- starting from the first born till the last born at the rising of the Hour. O community of Muslims, don’t you see that the crime of killing a person which Allah forbade unless for justice! How cheap the bloodshed with the one who is unjust to himself.

Verily, keep your duty to Allah, and have mercy between each other, consequently, Allah will have mercy for you. No obedience for a creature by disobeying the Creator, to the fact Allah has a greater right in the pleasure, so do not carry out a command that Allah dislike it nor He is pleased with it, indeed I am a trustworthy adviser to you. And Allah the Most High said: {..and Allah — also His messenger — has a greater right that they should please Him, if they are believers.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tawba] 9:62
{وَاللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَحَقُّ أَنْ يُرْضُوهُ إِنْ كَانُوا مُؤْمِنِينَ} صدق الله العظيم [التوبة:62].

..And peace be upon the sent ones, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds
.Your brother the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni
