..Explanatory-statement of the Imam Mahdi about the True narration: Whoever said I do not know; he just gave fatwa

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds, after this

Welcome to you my honorable brother, I debate with you by the Truth against the false with Allah’s permission so it knocks the latter out , and lo! it vanishes. The Truth came and falsehood vanished. Surely falsehood is ever bound to vanish. Of what you argued with it of false is your fatwa that: [Each diligent (exercise own judgement) is right] and that what you mean it from your conversation and it’s your word:
sufficient to you the word of the messenger -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him- as what brought Al-Bukhari, Abu Dawud from Omar Bin Al-Aas, and Abu Huraira said: Allah’s messenger Mohammad -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him- said: [if the governor strive (self judgement) then got it right he has two rewards, and if he strive (self judgement) and made a mistake; it is then he has one reward]
As for me I call on Allah to witness and Allah is Sufficient Witness that I disbelieve in this narration that it is from Mohammad messenger of Allah, and I issue fatwa that it is inserted and it’s from the most dangerous of the inserted narrations; in fact, this narration was a reason of causing scholars of the nation to go astray and splitting them into sects and parties, that’s a result of their word about religion by diligence before they reach to the Truth with knowledge and authority, and since I find in the Quran that whoever say of Allah what they do not know the sure knowledge with knowledge and authority; in fact with probability to be correct and probability to be wrong, so if this from the command of satan and not from command of the All Merciful, and I do not know that there is a reward of the error ever in the Book, in fact if (wrongdoers) repent (consequently) Allah change their sins to good deeds, as for (someone) to say against Allah with conjecture that does not avail a thing against the Truth yet he does not know whether it is True or false of what he gave fatwa, then you claim that he has two rewards if he is correct and (one) reward if he is wrong! But I give fatwa with other than that, and I say: Indeed, for him is the fire of hell to abide in it and an evil place it is to settle in, because he followed the command of satan and disobeyed the command of the All Merciful, and he said against Allah what he did not know. Allah the Most High said: {He enjoins on you only evil and indecency, and that you speak against Allah what you know not.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:169

As for the command of the All Merciful, He has forbid for us which satan command us to say of Allah what we do not know. And Allah the Most High said: {Say: My Lord forbids only indecencies, such of them as are apparent and such as are concealed, and sin and unjust rebellion, and that you associate with Allah that for which He has sent down no authority, and that you say of Allah what you know not.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-A`arãf] 7:33

Allah’s messenger Mohammad -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- said: [Whoever said I do not know; he just gave fatwa]; in the meaning of that Allah gave him as the reward of a Mufti because he kept his duty to Allah and did not say against Him what he did not know, and this narration is True and corresponded to Allah’s command in the Quran in this position, and the narration that you brought and you claim that it is from the word of the messenger -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him- as Al-Bukhari delivered, and Abu Dawud from Amru Bin Al-Aas, and Abu Huraira said: Allah’s messenger -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- said: [if the governor strive (self judgement) then got it right he has two rewards, and if he strive (self judgement) and made a mistake; it is then he has one reward] has became contrary to what came in Allah’s Book and the True sunna of His messenger that either it corresponds with what came in the Quran or does not violates it a thing. But the false comes to make lawful what Allah forbade, so we find here the lawfulness that the governor to say of Allah what he does not know whether True or false yet only by his opinion and his diligence and it came contrary to what came in Allah’s Book and the True sunna of His messenger, so as for the judgement from Allah’s Book in this issue surely we find it forbidden. And Allah the Most High said: {Say: My Lord forbids only indecencies, such of them as are apparent and such as are concealed, and sin and unjust rebellion, and that you associate with Allah that for which He has sent down no authority, and that you say of Allah what you know not.}Truthful Allah the Great

As that the word of Allah’s messenger Mohammad -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family: [Whoever said I do not know; he just gave fatwa] in a sense that for him a reward of a Mufti due to (keeping duty) to Allah, and he did not say against Him what he did not know with enlightening knowledge and authority, but your fatwa says:
O my uncle, no problem , say what is in your head, so if you got it right you have two rewards, and if you got it wrong then you have (one) reward.

Surely you went astray from the Truth by following narration of sedition, and because of you explanation for the Quran by your opinion without knowledge, consequently you split into groups and parties, and you failed also you power departed.

And preceded that I defined the diligence and it is: That you strive as a Truth seeker until Allah guide you to the Truth with knowledge and Authority upon most sure knowledge from your Lord, then you call the people upon most certain knowledge from your Lord, as for the call to a thing that you are still striving in searching for the Truth, surely you would never convince them with it because you did not reach to the authority of convincing (anyone); in fact, you were not convinced yourself, so how can you convince the others?

preceded that we fully explained the diligence and we defined it that it is: the search for the Truth until Allah guides you to it, then you call to it upon most sure knowledge from your Lord..

..Explanatory-statement of the Imam Mahdi about the True narration: [Whoever said I do not know; he just gave fatwa]

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon the entire prophets of Allah and His messengers and their righteous families, and whoever followed them with goodness till judgement day..

As for now — O Sukrat, if you want the True path then follow what Allah commanded you with of using the mind and logic in what you found your ancestors on it. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And follow not that of which you have no knowledge. Surely the hearing and the sight and the heart, of all of these it will be asked.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Esrã`a] 17:36

Sukrat, would the mind accept that Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- (allegedly) said: He who made error unjustly then he has a reward from Allah!? Allah forbid; in fact that is slander against Allah and His messenger, and violates Allah ‘s Book and the True sunna of His messenger, also violates the mind and logic, as for that True narration: [Whoever said I do not know; he just gave fatwa]. Surely a Mufti does not earn reward from the asking one in exchange of his fatwa; rather he desires the reward from his Lord, so if a Mufti’s goal to attain a reward from his Lord for the True fatwa then he kept his duty to Allah and a questioner came to him for an issue where the Mufti does not encompass knowledge with it then this scholar kept his duty to Allah of not saying of Allah what he does not know unjustly, so if this scholars said to the questioner: “I do not know”. Surely he has gained his reward as if he gave fatwa to the fact he kept his duty to Allah and did not say of Allah and his messenger other than the Truth, so how would not Allah give him his reward? Surely that what Allah and his messenger meant it, as for the support for this narration you find it in the word of Allah the Most High: {Say: My Lord forbids only indecencies, such of them as are apparent and such as are concealed, and sin and unjust rebellion, and that you associate with Allah that for which He has sent down no authority, and that you say of Allah what you do not know.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-A`arãf] 7:33

Therefore, whoever said: “I do not know” he surely disobeyed satan’s command and he followed the command of the All Merciful Who forbade His servants to say against Him what they did not know that it is the Truth from their Lord, and whoever did not know the answer of some issue in Allah’s religion, and for that he said I do not know so he obeyed the command of the All Merciful and disobeyed satan’s command who enjoins on you evil and indecency and that you speak against Allah what you do not know. And Allah the Most High said: {He enjoins on you only evil and indecency, and that you speak against Allah what you know not.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:169

Consequently, whoever denied this True narration that commands you to not speak against Allah what you do not know; surely who denied it he indeed denied Allah’s command in His decisive Book that you do not speak against Allah what you do not know, and this True narration Allah’s Book ratifies it, also the mind and logic ratify it, yet it is not a word of a wise man of the Muslims as you claim; in fact the word of an honorable prophet who does not speak out of desire. And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds.

What excellent men are those who argue with the True explanatory-statement for the Imam Mahdi and they relay that to him to bear its responsibility between the hands of his Lord if he gave fatwa with what did not say it neither Allah nor His messenger, and I see the True explanatory-statement for the Quran in the hand of the beloved of my heart Abu Mohammed Al-Kaabi a sharp sword, thus my beloved supporters who argue with the True explanatory-statement for the Reminder Allah’s argument and His messenger also the Awaited Mahdi and the entire supporters, I testify to Allah a True sure testimony that you have upheld the argument with the clear Truth against Sukrat, and you fully explained to him in details, and what does he desire after the Truth? So is there after the True except falsehood! Your are blessed and may Allah bless you for your nation O you the best foremost supporters in era of dialogue before appearing.

..And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds
.Your brother in Allah’s religion; the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni
