..The expiation prayer

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon the seal of the prophets messengers, and his righteous pure family..

My honorable brother, this narration — Allah has sent down no authority for it.!! An expiation prayer from messenger of Allah that he said:
[(Whoever missed prayer in his lifetime and did not count it.. let him on the last Friday of Ramadan to pray four units with one (Tashahud) .. he recites in each unit the Opening of the Book and chapter [Al-Qadr] fifteen times and chapter[Al-Kawther] as well.. and he says in the intention .. Our Allah I am intending to pray four units an expiation for what I missed from prayer).Abu Bakr said: I heard Allah’s messenger saying: (It is an expiation for four hundred years. And Ali may Allah honor his face: It is an expiation for a thousand years. They said: O messenger of Allah.. son of Adam lives sixty year or a hundred years so for whom would be the extra prayer? He said: It would be for his parents, his wife, and his children then his relatives then the people of his town)]
Do a sane believe in it? They only want that the Muslims neglect their prayer and one would say: “I will be praying the expiation prayer”. Then they lose the prayers with their claim that the expiation prayer’s reward is greater than that to the point that it extends to his family and his offspring a generation after generation until the neglectors who take the prayer lightly depend (on the expiation prayer) so they lose it (the obligatory prayer) a year or two years or more, then he prays an expiation prayer that Allah has not sent down an authority for it.!

.In fact the prayer is the connection between the servant and the Lord and it belongs to its owner and the prayer is not being done on behalf a servant from a servant ever

O glory be to Allah, so which prayer this that its reward extends to his children and the people of his home and the people of his town? While who maintained it until he met his Lord we did not find that it exceeded the companion of it! And for each one is his prayer with his Lord, surely this is a forged narration and we had cleared to you the wicked wisdom from it, and that in order to accomplish the negligence in the obligatory prayer, so he leaves it to pass him and says: “Later on I would pray the expiation prayer.” Allah’s curse be on them! How they are turned away!

..Peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds

..Nothing can compensate it except the repentance and turning (to Allah) from not losing the prayer

..In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds

You have to know that the obligatory prayers are at fixed time, so if the time of the daylight prayers departed, you will never be able to compensate it even if you prayed it after sunset directly. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {..Indeed the prayer has been enjoined on the believers at fixed times.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:103
{إِنَّ الصَّلاَةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَابًا مَّوْقُوتًا} صدق الله العظيم [النساء:103].

And if Allah’s prophet Solomon was seeing that he can compensate his prayer he would have not cut the legs and necks of his horses despite that he is not entitled to do so, but he was in a state of anger (thinking) that it is the reason which made him busy off the obligatory prayer so he can never to compensate it except with repentance and turning (to Allah). And Allah the Most High said: {And We bestowed Solomon to David. Most excellent the servant! Surely he ever turned (to Allah).(30) When well-bred, swift (horses) were brought to him at an afternoon,(31) So he said, I love the good things on account of the remembrance of my Lord — until it was hidden behind the veil.(32) (He said): Bring them back to me. So he began to stroke (their) legs and necks.(33) And certainly We tried Solomon, and We put on his throne a (mere) body, so he turned (to Allah).(34) He said: My Lord, forgive me and grant me a kingdom which is not fit for anyone after me; surely You are the Great Giver.(35) So We made the wind subservient to him, running gently by His command wherever he desired,(36) And the devils, every builder and diver,(37) And others fettered in chains.(38) This is Our free gift, so give freely or withhold, without reckoning.(39) And surely he had a nearness to Us and an excellent resort.(40)}Truthful Allah the Great [S] 38:30-40

In that case; if the sun of the daylight sat and one of you did not pray his obligatory (prayer), verily he has nothing except the repentance in the Allah’s Book, verily he has to prays two units (free-gift) for him with his Lord that He would forgive him, so let not the world’s life and its adornment to make him distracted from his Lord’s remembrance.

As for the obligatory prayer verily it has gone from him with the departing of its time. As for the narration surely it is falsified; that’s because I know the wisdom from forging it, and it is that the Muslims lose their prayers and they rely on the forged expiation prayer! And how is not while it expiates four hundred years so it save his child and his family and his parents and the people of his town!! In that case, they will waste their prayers and rely on the expiation prayer because it is greater in reward! Allah curse them wherever they go.

Only the two units that we told you about it is only two units of repentance and turning close (to Allah) to forgive him for what he did, indeed my Lord is Forgiving, Merciful. So it would be written for him as a free gift with his Lord and He turns to him with repentance and forgives him for what happened of him of inattention from him or forgetfulness verily my Lord is ever Forgiving, Most Merciful.

..And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds

..Fatwas of expiation the oath for the Muslims whom they fear Allah Lord of the worlds

..In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the world

O my beloved in Allah’s love, what the covenant might be but an oath! And the going back from the oath to do a good deed pleases Allah verily that pleases Allah, but the expiation of that is feeding ten needy (people) that is most loved to Allah than the expiation of the oath, and only fasting (for) the expiation of the oath to whom he can feed ten needy (people) surely (it is) fasting three days.

[U]And Allah does not accept the expiation of the oath except that your return from the oath is to do a thing that Allah made it lawful and not for committing (deeds) that’s forbidden, for example: If a man swore to not steal after today then he stole and feed from the stolen money ten needy (people) in his thinking that this an expiation of the oath. Then we say: O glory be to Allah! Only the expiation is for the going back from the oath to do what Allah made it lawful for you, and not for going back to what what been forbidden for, so Allah would never accept the expiation of an oath in order to do a thing Allah forbidden it, and even though if you spent a mountain of gold an expiation of an oath to go back to what Allah forbade verily Allah would not have accepted its expiation, thus those who swear falsely with intention made ahead of time, then he says: “I will pay an expiation of an oath or fast days”. Verily there is no acceptance for that with Allah; in fact he should repent to Allah an utmost repenting to not go back to swear falsely.

..And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds
