**“Trump has lied, and before him Benjamin [Netanyahu], and their allies among the Jews—who break covenants and betray promises. And Allah, Lord of the worlds, has spoken the truth.”**
In the Name of Allah, the Helper, the Avenger, the Almighty—Subduer of tyrants who cause corruption upon the earth. And indeed, Allah will surely support those who support Him; and Allah is Powerful, Almighty.
O you supporters of Allah in the blessed Gaza and throughout all of Palestine, in Yemen, and across the world—and O you people of humanity at large—do you truly believe Allah regarding His verdict on those upon whom is wrath—corruptors on earth, enemies of human mercy? According to Allah’s ruling: they break covenants and betray promises, in fulfillment of Allah’s saying:
> {وَلَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكَ ءَايَٰتِۭ بَيِّنَٰتٍ ۖ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَآ إِلَّا ٱلْفَٰسِقُونَ ﴿٩٩﴾ أَوَكُلَّمَا عَٰهَدُوا۟ عَهْدًا نَّبَذَهُۥ فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُم ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿١٠٠﴾}
> *Surah Al-Baqarah*
And in fulfillment of His saying:
> {كَيْفَ وَإِن يَظْهَرُوا۟ عَلَيْكُمْ لَا يَرْقُبُوا۟ فِيكُمْ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً ۚ يُرْضُونَكُم بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ وَتَأْبَىٰ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ فَٰسِقُونَ ﴿٨﴾}
> *Surah At-Tawbah*
And in fulfillment of His saying:
> {ٱلَّذِينَ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَ ٱللَّهِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مِيثَٰقِهِۦ وَيَقْطَعُونَ مَآ أَمَرَ ٱللَّهُ بِهِۦٓ أَن يُوصَلَ وَيُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْخَٰسِرُونَ ﴿٢٧﴾}
> *Surah Al-Baqarah*
And in fulfillment of His saying:
> {ٱلَّذِينَ عَٰهَدتَّ مِنْهُمْ ثُمَّ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَهُمْ فِى كُلِّ مَرَّةٍ وَهُمْ لَا يَتَّقُونَ ﴿٥٦﴾ فَإِمَّا تَثْقَفَنَّهُمْ فِى ٱلْحَرْبِ فَشَرِّدْ بِهِم مَّنْ خَلْفَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ ﴿٥٧﴾ وَإِمَّا تَخَافَنَّ مِن قَوْمٍ خِيَانَةً فَٱنۢبِذْ إِلَيْهِمْ عَلَىٰ سَوَآءٍ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلْخَآئِنِينَ ﴿٥٨﴾ وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ سَبَقُوٓا۟ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ لَا يُعْجِزُونَ ﴿٥٩﴾}
> *Surah Al-Anfal*
And in fulfillment of His saying:
> {قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ سُنَنٌ فَسِيرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنظُرُوا۟ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلْمُكَذِّبِينَ ﴿١٣٧﴾ هَٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ ﴿١٣٨﴾ وَلَا تَهِنُوا۟ وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا۟ وَأَنتُمُ ٱلْأَعْلَوْنَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١٣٩﴾ إِن يَمْسَسْكُمْ قَرْحٌ فَقَدْ مَسَّ ٱلْقَوْمَ قَرْحٌ مِّثْلُهُۥ ۚ وَتِلْكَ ٱلْأَيَّامُ نُدَاوِلُهَا بَيْنَ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَيَتَّخِذَ مِنكُمْ شُهَدَآءَ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ﴿١٤٠﴾}
> *Surah Aal ‘Imran*
Peace in the blessed land (Palestine) will never be realized—ever—except on the terms of the oppressed, *not* those of the aggressors—the unjust, corrupting Jews in the party of the tyrant (Trump) and his predecessor (Benjamin Netanyahu), leader of the corrupters upon the blessed land. Peace in Palestine shall *never* be achieved while you call *them*—the aggressors—to peace while they know full well *they themselves* are the aggressors.
O army of the believers, striving wholeheartedly and utterly to liberate Palestine—
Are *you* more knowledgeable—or is Allah, Lord of the Worlds? He knows that calling aggressors to peace produces the *opposite* effect upon the oppressed. Rather, Allah knows the only language they understand: direct offensive attack—crossing both the yellow lines *and* red lines—advancing to the 1948 borders. Even *this* is but the weakest expression of faith: if you desire to achieve peace, then quickly they will incline toward it—on *your* just terms, the terms of the oppressed—not one condition for the aggressor is found in the Book of Allah, the Noble Qur’an. For aggressors recognize *no* red lines except your disarmament, followed by your expulsion or extermination.
We have already issued the truth: even if you accepted dhimmiyeen**( (protected non-Muslim subjects)) status, they *still* would not honor any covenant with you—they would violate *all* boundaries, transgress *all* limits set by Allah, as far as their power permits. Nothing deters them except war—self-defense. Had you obeyed Allah’s Caliph, the Mahdi, Nasser Mohammed Al-Yamani, peace would have been established, and this great corruption’s war would have ceased over twenty years ago.
O Arab Muslims—
Are *you* more knowledgeable—or is Allah? By Allah—the Almighty, the Great—I swear: if ever they gain dominance over you, they will show *no* human mercy at all—*none whatsoever*—neither to your religion, nor your land, nor your wealth, nor your honor, nor your trade; not even to those who betray you, fearing their evil and dreading their oppression—those traitors shall gain *nothing* from their promises, and they will lose *both* this world and the Hereafter—that is the manifest loss!
This is *if* they prevail over you—though Allah forbid it. So believe Allah in His saying:
> {كَيْفَ وَإِن يَظْهَرُوا۟ عَلَيْكُمْ لَا يَرْقُبُوا۟ فِيكُمْ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً ۚ يُرْضُونَكُم بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ وَتَأْبَىٰ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ فَٰسِقُونَ ﴿٨﴾}
> *Surah At-Tawbah*
These are the attributes of those upon whom is wrath—everywhere, at all times: mercy *absent* from their hearts entirely.
I warn the Arabs against the renewed Zionist plan: to incite war *among yourselves* to perpetually weaken the Arab world and realize the “New Middle East.” They will not attain their goal—but rather, a direct punishment from the Lord of the Worlds shall overtake *them* and *you*, confirming Allah’s saying:
> {يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ ٱنفِرُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ٱثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ أَرَضِيتُم بِٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا مِنَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ ۚ فَمَا مَتَٰعُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا فِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ ﴿٣٨﴾ إِلَّا تَنفِرُوا۟ يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا وَيَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ وَلَا تَضُرُّوهُ شَيْـًٔا ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ﴿٣٩﴾}
> *Surah At-Tawbah*
Although I do *not* call for hatred of Jews—except hatred of the aggressors among them, utterly devoid of human mercy—for *these* are not deterred by peaceful appeals, but rather by the language of offensive warfare. If they incline to peace, *then* incline—but on *your* terms, the terms of the oppressed—not the unjust aggressors’ conditions. What is wrong with you? How do you judge?!
And now they are attempting to shift the battlefield—turning Arab against Arab. Do *not* help them achieve this redirection of the struggle. Rather, rejoice in Allah’s might and victory.
We send blessings upon *all* martyrs in the cause of Allah—those granted the good life, alive with their Lord, sustained by Him: martyrs of Palestine, the Yemenis, and all Muslim defenders of their lands who attacked the aggressors.
Wars are *not* decided in a single day or morning—except through *offensive action*, O mujahideen of honored Palestine! Ah—then *ah* again—if only you knew the divine Sunnah: what happens to the hearts of aggressors when attacked? When the verse of immense terror is cast upon them—they *flee* from you in fear, turning their backs wherever you wish, so long as you pursue them! This is Allah’s Sunnah in war for self-defense, striving in Allah’s cause: advancing through offensive operations to achieve victory, compel their inclination to *just* peace, prevent further bloodshed, and minimize losses. This is Allah’s Sunnah for triumph over aggressors—established in the Noble Qur’an:
> {وَلَوْ قَٰتَلَكُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَوَلَّوُا۟ ٱلْأَدْبَٰرَ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُونَ وَلِيًّا وَلَا نَصِيرًا ﴿٢٢﴾ سُنَّةَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّتِى قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلُ ۖ وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّةِ ٱللَّهِ تَبْدِيلًا ﴿٢٣﴾}
> *Surah Al-Fath*
We continue to advise you sincerely toward peaceful, non-combatant Jews. Fight *only* in Allah’s cause those who fight you—and let them find firmness in you. Save yourselves—enter fully into peace. By Allah, there is no deity but Him: Planet Saqar is steadily advancing; its summer climate will *not* retreat from the South Pole—it will rise upon the Northern Hemisphere. So flee *to* Allah—flee *from* His punishment. Take not Allah’s enemies as allies instead of Him. Rather, take all people of humanity as your allies worldwide.
Allah’s promise of the *Grand Victory* has come—so be patient, persevere, and hold fast to Allah—even if the whole world assembled to fight His allies, hold fast to Allah! He is the best Master, the best Helper.
Do *not* grant Allah authority over you through your allegiance to His enemies—lest He punish you with them. Know that Allah is Almighty, Possessor of Retribution. There is no humiliation for those who ally with Him and obey His command and His Caliph, as confirmed by His saying:
> {يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَتَّخِذُوا۟ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ أَوْلِيَآءَ مِن دُونِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۚ أَتُرِيدُونَ أَن تَجْعَلُوا۟ لِلَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ سُلْطَٰنًا مُّبِينًا ﴿١٤٤﴾ إِنَّ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ فِى ٱلدَّرْكِ ٱلْأَسْفَلِ مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ وَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُمْ نَصِيرًا ﴿١٤٥﴾ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ تَابُوا۟ وَأَصْلَحُوا۟ وَٱعْتَصَمُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَأَخْلَصُوا۟ دِينَهُمْ لِلَّهِ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ مَعَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۖ وَسَوْفَ يُؤْتِ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا ﴿١٤٦﴾ مَّا يَفْعَلُ ٱللَّهُ بِعَذَابِكُمْ إِن شَكَرْتُمْ وَءَامَنتُمْ ۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ شَاكِرًا عَلِيمًا ﴿١٤٧﴾}
> *Surah An-Nisa*
Know with absolute certainty: I am Allah’s Caliph over all worlds—I call to *global peace* among all peoples, peaceful coexistence between Muslim and non-Muslim, justice and equality. To me, there is no difference between a Yemeni and a Chinese person.
But I *forbid* you from calling to peace those who *know* they are aggressors—violating others’ rights. For them, it is *forbidden* to extend peace invitations, because Allah knows the language *they* understand to achieve peace. Do *not* call Jewish aggressors to peace—until *they themselves* incline to it, as in Allah’s saying:
> {فَلَا تَهِنُوا۟ وَتَدْعُوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱلسَّلْمِ وَأَنتُمُ ٱلْأَعْلَوْنَ وَٱللَّهُ مَعَكُمْ وَلَن يَتِرَكُمْ أَعْمَٰلَكُمْ ﴿٣٥﴾}
> *Surah Muhammad*
Know with *absolute certainty*: Planet Saqar has drawn near to the southern horizon of space—there is *no turning back*. And Allah’s curse is upon the liars. The *Baghṭah* (sudden calamity) and *Bahṭah* (overwhelming shock) draw near, in fulfillment of His saying:
> {وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا ٱلْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَ ﴿٣٨﴾ لَوْ يَعْلَمُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ حِينَ لَا يَكُفُّونَ عَن وُجُوهِهِمُ ٱلنَّارَ وَلَا عَن ظُهُورِهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ ﴿٣٩﴾ بَلْ تَأْتِيهِم بَغْتَةً فَتَبْهَتُهُمْ فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ رَدَّهَا وَلَا هُمْ يُنظَرُونَ ﴿٤٠﴾}
> *Surah Al-Anbiya*
So *woe* that Day to the deniers—flee to Allah in repentance and return.
You *will* come to know: all power belongs to Allah alone, and all honor belongs to Allah alone—O those who seek honor from other than Allah! Glory to Him, exalted is He above all they associate, immensely exalted.
And if you are in hardship and wounded, know that before you, others faced the *same* hardship and wounds—until the Messenger and those who believed with him cried: *“When is Allah’s help?”* Then came Allah’s help—no changer of Allah’s words, as in His saying:
> {قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ سُنَنٌ فَسِيرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنظُرُوا۟ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلْمُكَذِّبِينَ ﴿١٣٧﴾ هَٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ ﴿١٣٨﴾ وَلَا تَهِنُوا۟ وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا۟ وَأَنتُمُ ٱلْأَعْلَوْنَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١٣٩﴾ إِن يَمْسَسْكُمْ قَرْحٌ فَقَدْ مَسَّ ٱلْقَوْمَ قَرْحٌ مِّثْلُهُۥ ۚ وَتِلْكَ ٱلْأَيَّامُ نُدَاوِلُهَا بَيْنَ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَيَتَّخِذَ مِنكُمْ شُهَدَآءَ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ﴿١٤٠﴾}
> *Surah Aal ‘Imran*
Peace be upon the Messengers, and all praise is to Allah, Lord of the worlds.

The Imam's Explanation of Dhimmiyeen

اليهود الذمّيّين؛ بل أستوصي المُسلمين بهم خيراً فلا يجوز للمسلمين أن يعتدوا عليهم فهم ذمّيون وتؤخذ الجزية منهم مقابل حمايتهم، وأمر الله المُسلمين أن يُعاملوهم معاملة حسنة كما يتعامل المُسلمين فيما بينهم من أهل الدين المعاملة، وأستوصي المُسلمين بهم خيراً فهم في ذمّتهم وفي حمايتهم مُقابل دفع الجزية، ولا إكراه في الدين يا معشر المُسلمين كمثل اليهود الذين في اليمن وغيرهم في دول المُسلمين فهم ذمّيّون؛ بل أقصد اليهود الذين هم من أشدّ الناس على الرحمن عتيّاً ولا يرقبون في مؤمنٍ إلًّاً ولا ذِمةً، وينتهكون حرمات المسلمين، ويطعنون في دينهم وفي نبيّهم، ويتّخذون من أشرك بالله ولياًّ حميماً، وينقمون ممّن آمن بالله ولم يُشرك به شيئاً، ويتّخذون من افترى الله خليلاً؛ أولئك ملعونون أينما ثُقفوا أُخذوا وقُتِّلوا تقتيلاً إلا من تاب منهم من قبل ظهوري من قبل أن أقدر عليه فسوف نقول له من أمرنا يُسراً.
“The Jews that are dhimmis; in fact, I advise Muslims to treat them well. It is not permissible for Muslims to oppress them because they are protected people (dhimmis) who pay the jizya in exchange for protection. Allah commands Muslims to deal with them kindly, just as Muslims treat one another with good conduct among believers. I recommend that Muslims treat them kindly—they are under protection in return for paying the jizya, and there is no compulsion in religion, O Muslims, just as with the Jews in Yemen and elsewhere in Muslim lands. They are dhimmis.
As for those Jews who are among the harshest toward the Merciful, who do not recognize any believer except for a dhimma (protection), violate Muslim sanctities, insult their religion and prophet, and take as protectors those who associate partners with God. They despise those who have faith in God without associating anything with Him, and they take as friends those who transgress over God. Those people are cursed wherever they are; they are taken and killed, except for those who repent before I appear, before I am able to act against them. Then we will say to them that our command is easy.”
